Service Description. This Site describes Pool League, Billiard League, Ball League, Pool Hall League, Billiards Club, Pool Tournament, Billiard Tournament, Pool Coaching provided by Flow Masters Pool League. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://poolleaguesevern.com is the property of Flow Masters Pool League or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Flow Masters Pool League reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Flow Masters Pool League disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Flow Masters Pool League's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Flow Masters Pool League harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MD law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MD for any related dispute.
Term Changes. Flow Masters Pool League may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
